A 'master' newsletter template is created which includes head office (persistent) elements as well as pre-defined editable regions allowing individual franchisees to add their own content. All templates include automatic unsubscribe features, forward to a friend, browser version links and are spam scored to reduce the likelihood of being classified as spam.

Individual franchisee templates are prepared (approved by the franchisor) to match franchisor brand guidelines. These can be based upon the design of the franchisor master template or be completely branded to the local franchisee (ie only the content is shared).
When the franchisor (or the newsletterhub team) prepares a newsletter campaign it undergoes a rigorous testing and approval process prior to release to the wider franchise network.
Step 2 - create and release your latest newsletter or email campaign
Email or newsletter creative & content is prepared for inclusion in the master newsletter template.
Campaign undergoes extensive testing and approval prior to release to the franchise network.
Individual franchisee templates are automatically populated with the latest newsletter content.
Automated email notifications are sent to the individual franchisee advising them that their latest newsletter or email campaign is ready. The system can also be configured to include reminder emails as defined by the franchisor.
Franchisor receives pre-defined exception reports notifying of the send status across the network.
Step 3 - local management and editing of the campaign prior to sending to franchisee list
Content from the franchisor master template is automatically populated into each individual franchisee latest campaign.
Franchisee log into their own, easy to use admin area to add their own content (eg local news) or promotional offers (eg Offers of the month, Properties of the month etc).
Editing capabilities are defined by the franchisor master template.
Admin area includes the ability for franchisees to manage their own subscribers (multiple ways to import subscribers and to manage offline unsubscribe requests), set up autoresponders (based on event triggers), to set up advanced database segmentation and generate 'join my mailing list' scripts for inclusion within their own website.
Franchisee sends the campaign to their database or liaises with their Newsletterhub Account Manager who can edit it and send it for them.

All emails feature advanced campaign management including automatic unsubscribe, forward to a friend and links to a browser version as standard. Multiple personalisation fields are also possible.
Real time advanced statistical reporting enables franchisee to prioritise 'hot leads' and see who has opened their email (& how often), who has clicked through to their website (and how often), which emails have bounced and who has unsubscribed.
Statistics are available for the franchisor at individual level and as a network overview. Required franchisor statistics are defined as part of the setup process.
